We are recruiting a Principal Consultant Customer Growth for our client, a revolutionary customer data, insights and customer growth firm underpinned by a unique AI analytics technology and data platform
The role:
Reporting to the Head of Consulting and working very closely with the CEO you will work with senior stakeholders internally and with clients to:
- Lead pitches and proposals and manage key relationships with existing accounts, typically with CMO and CCO stakeholders
- Working with the platform and alongside technical and data staff to deliver customer experience insights and strategic customer growth opportunities for clients
- Help to define and deliver the clients’ customer experience, retention and growth strategies
- Define growth KPIs and measure the commercial impact of strategic programmes
- Support the Client Partner to help the client achieve significant commercial value from the platform and its data
- Provide key support to the Head of Consulting in leading and growing the practice.
You will have:
- An enthusiasm for working with the CEO to help win major blue-chip organisations including some experience in sales and business development
- Several years’ recent experience as a management consultant in a highly regarded consulting firm
- Clear “big” data analytics experience and technology savvy
- Customer growth, customer strategy or related consumer marketing experience
- Strong experience of working with large scale customer data in one or more of the key B2C sectors they operate in: ideally retail, retail banking, travel or health
- A deep understanding and knowledge of key consumer behaviour trends within these sectors.
- Strong academic profile including a good degree
Salary and package:
£80,000- £110,000 plus benefits. 2-3 days pw at the Central London office with flexible working.
