Senior Consultant – Change and Transformation

My client is an established, award-winning boutique consulting firm specialising in people-centred change and transformation. With a real team ethic and supportive culture, ambitious growth targets and a strong forward pipeline of work in the UK and the US, it is an exciting time to join them as a Senior Consultant. Working as part of a high calibre team, you will work on the delivery of client projects with responsibility for leading workstreams to drive sustainable change for blue-chip clients.

The firm has a unique approach to delivering transformation for clients; working collaboratively alongside client teams to optimise organisational structures, strengthen leadership, and coach and develop people, they empower employees in order to transform working cultures.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience within a top-tier consulting firm. Ideally this will include some experience within the Retail or Utilities sector, or another B2C environment.

Expertise in at least one of the following, within a consulting firm:

• Operating model and organisation design or
• Leadership and culture change

PLUS,

• Business Transformation or
• Operational Excellence or
• Strategy Execution

Flexibility to travel and spend time away from home on client projects (UK and international) during the week.
