As a result, they are actively hiring at Principal Consultant (Manager) level.
They are now seeking a management consultant with an impressive career to date, an entrepreneurial mindset and impatient for responsibility.
Operating across both the Public Sector and Financial Services, their capabilities are around IT transformation: from defining the strategy and roadmap, through proposing and procuring solutions, to providing a project office and overseeing service migrations. Services including IT and Digital Strategy, Target Operating Model, Service Management, Sourcing, Risk Control and Security, Financial Management and IT Delivery.
Although a smaller firm the scale and impact of their projects and their clients is anything but!

Salary and package:
£70,000 to £80,000 + bonus + benefits
Location and mobility:
Work is mostly in the southeast of England
Please check you meet the following requirements before applying:
- Currently or recently at Senior, Manager or Principal Consultant level in a leading management consulting firm, e.g., Big 4, close equivalent or highly regarded boutique
- Have worked in Financial Services or the Public Sector
- Experience in any of their capabilities is essential while experience in any of : Service Management, Infrastructure Project Management, Sourcing / Procurement, Sustainability would be of particular interest
- Team management experience
- Strong academic background including good degree
