The Principal Healthcare Management Consultant will join a young, independent and dynamic management consultancy with proven top tier experience focusing on Procurement/Supply Chain Operations or Clinical Productivity across Integrated Care Services (ICS).

The roles:

Our client is seeking experienced Healthcare Management Consultants to play a key role in the next phase of the business’s growth. They will oversee the successful delivery of major programmes of work and have responsibility for growing designated accounts. They will be SMEs in healthcare and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

Clinical Productivity:

• Drive improvements in operational efficiency, cost savings and clinical actions across the NHS and Private Hospital Groups focussing on theatres, outpatients, length of stay, patient flow and workforce planning OR on clinical strategy across Integrated Care Services (ICS)

Procurement/Supply Chain Operations:

• Advising on more integrated approaches across the entire healthcare landscape to include: inventory and supply chain initiatives at all stages, from determining strategy and business case development, to implementation, operations and ongoing improvements.

For all roles, responsibility will be for:

• Leading project delivery across multiple workstreams
• Account and relationship management

You:

• MUST have had recent experience of working in a permanent role in a recognised management consultancy practice
• Healthcare/Life Sciences experience
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Business consulting, operations, supply chain or transformation experience
• Have a degree qualification

Location and mobility:

The company’s offices are in London and the North West, but you will have the flexibility to live anywhere in England but must be prepared to travel as required

Salary and package:

Base salary of £80,000 – £95,000 + bonus, profit share scheme and benefits package
