The role:

You will introduce and deliver sustainable performance improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiencies and increasing Return on Investment for prestigious clients in the UK and occasionally internationally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Help to develop and deliver change programmes across a wide range of clients and industries
  • Advise and help organisations to restructure, merge acquisitions, cut costs and increase performance/profit
  • Build long term and enduring relationships

You:

  • You will have worked in a respected management consulting firm and you may also have held a senior operational role
  • Have experience in several of the following: operational excellence, process improvement, process design, Lean, Continuous Improvement, organisational design, supply chain, procurement, target operating models, cost reduction programmes, merger integration
  • Have a real passion for people and performance transformation
  • Have some experience in business and account development and management
  • Will be comfortable working autonomously or as part of an integrated team
  • Must have a good degree from a leading university

Location and mobility:

You will live in the North of England and must be prepared to be based at the Manchester office 2 days/week and work at client sites throughout the country as required. For the remaining time, you will WFH.

Salary and package:

Base salary of £80,000 – c.£120,000 + bonus and benefits package
