Excellent opportunity for organisational change consultants to drive Digital implementation, understanding the impact on the employee.

Our client is an expanding digital strategy and transformation consulting practice and part of a very highly regarded, high growth global IT and services business.

New openings have been created for organisational change consultants at Manager and Senior Consultant level to join the growing employee experience practice, with a focus on improving employee experience by digital transformation.

Digital transformation can help make a company more attractive to work for, and empower an effective workforce. This practice is helping organisations improve their employee experience by defining the right strategy for them by providing collaboration, smart working and analytics solutions, plus support from both an infrastructure and culture perspective.

Successful candidates will lead projects and programmes from proposition development, content design and leading teams to deliver a blend of consulting and technology solutions in the following areas:

  • Digital Culture and Workforce;
  • Automation and Job Design;
  • Mobilising the Workforce;
  • Information Management.

Most client work will be in London and the south east but candidates may be required to travel within the UK. There are opportunities for working on market defining engagements and enjoying career progression within this growing strategic division. This role also provides the opportunity to work across industry sectors (particularly financial services, utilities and retail) and develop client accounts directly supporting sales efforts.

The role can be based in London or Reading, depending where the successful candidate lives.

  • Demonstrable track record in organisational change including business process and people change;
  • Exposure to digital implementation;
  • Experienced consultants with a background from a leading management consultancy firm;
  • Educated to degree level as a minimum.
