CX Consulting Director – Digital Management Consultant

This is a management consultant Partner level role to build a new marketing consulting practice in the UK. The focus is on Marketing Technology (MarTech), Digital Experience and Digital Transformation as part of the Customer Experience practice.

Practice growth means they seek a first rate experienced management consultant to grow and lead the marketing consulting practice in the UK.

The responsibilities associated with this management consultant role include: selling, solutioning, account management and delivery oversight. Strategically, this person will help to define offerings, establish partnerships (both internally and externally) and build the practice in the UK. It will appeal to a management consultant who is passionate about ‘cracking’ the consumer behaviour code via analytics and social engagement practices and who is committed to advancing CX to new levels of sophistication.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

• Extensive experience as a management consultant including working for a Tier 1 consulting firm in a permanent role
• Considerable experience of Digital Marketing and related customer experience transformation
• A successful track record in business development and large programme delivery
• Evidence of leading edge thinking and consulting in relevant areas of the digital landscape, focused on tangible business benefit
• Experience of hiring and building teams
• Wholly mobile
• A degree is mandatory
