Unique opportunities to be part of the fast growing London start up of a high growth, financial services consulting firm, driven by an entrepreneurial mind set.
Our client is a very high growth European Strategic Banking consulting firm: formed in 2006 by Big 4 consulting partners, it now comprises 112 consultants and has taken first expansion steps with the opening of a new operational consulting business in London. This is being led by one of their most senior and experienced Partners who has moved to London to manage this critical phase in their growth plans.
Already with a strong pipeline of work with major banks, challenger banks and insurance companies, they are seeking experienced and high calibre Financial Services Consultants to join the business at Manager, Senior Manager or Principal Consultant levels. Unique, a most overused term, is an accurate description of these opportunity.
These hires will play a key role in the establishment of the London office: while clearly client and delivery focused, responsible for project management of change and process improvements, the individuals will take on broader business development, proposition development and practice responsibilities. The focus on business development will increase with the level of seniority. All roles will involve client delivery and playing a full part in the leadership and development of this new venture. They are seeking ambitious, fast track individuals capable of early promotion: their early hires are already Partners in the parent company.
The role will be demanding of course but is not expected to be high travel i.e. mainly Central London with European trips.
Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:
- be experienced Financial Services Consultants with a focus on Capital Markets, Private Banking, Retail Banking and/or Insurance.
- have business consulting experience in a recognised management consultancy practice, i.e. leading projects involving one or more of the following: change, process analysis and improvement, PMO, digital, CRM etc.
- have knowledge of functional areas in banks/insurance companies such as: risk and regulatory, back office, finance and operations.
- be experienced in supporting a sales team in proposition development, prospect identification, contract negotiation etc.
