The role:

Continued growth and client demand means they are seeking to recruit a number of IT management consultants excited by the opportunity to make an impact in a small, fast-paced firm to:

  • help organisations to develop IT enterprise and applications architectures using industry standard frameworks eg TOGAF or Zachman
  • optimise legacy or fragmented processes, information and technology into an integrated environment that facilitates easy decision making and change implementation
  • introduce new engineering practices and emerging technologies to improve speed and agility
  • engage with primary stakeholders to manage the overall IT enterprise landscape and lifecycles for transformation, consolidation and/or rationalisation
  • manage teams on larger assignments
  • lead and support bids, proposals and client business development workshops
  • manage one or more delivery accounts, responsible for relationship management and managing overall client satisfaction and profitability within the account, acting as a trusted advisor

You:

  • will have worked as an IT Management Consultant in an established management consultancy firm aligned to large, complex programmes of work
  • will have knowledge and understanding of a variety of frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachman and Archimate
  • will have extensive experience of one or more technical architecture domains (Enterprise Architecture, Applications Architecture or Infrastructure Architecture) with a strong appreciation of the strategic, commercial, people and organisational aspects of your work, in both agile and more traditional client environments
  • will be experienced in Technology and Transformation roadmap development including business case benefits definition/realisation and cost benefit analysis
  • will have commercial acumen, evidenced in your ability to present strong business cases for change to both IT and non-IT stakeholders

Location and mobility:

Head Office is in The City of London, but Consultants can work from a home base anywhere in the UK. You must be willing to visit the London office and client sites as required.

Salary and package:

Base salaries in the range £75,000 – £90,000 + generous performance related bonus + benefits
