Leadership/equity role in small firm focussed on strategy design and delivery

An exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial strategy and transformation consultant to join a small expanding firm with equity potential.

Our client was founded in January 2016 with the unique proposition to work with mid-tier organisations to develop strategy and strategy delivery/execution programmes traditionally associated with much larger entities. Their small team of experienced, practical strategists use their international FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 knowledge and insight to complement the talent of a client’s existing team and to make strategies actionable.

They now seek to take their business to the next stage of its journey by appointing an entrepreneurial strategy and operations consultant with sales and delivery capability. In making this appointment they are specifically seeking an individual with the ability to earn equity and play a key role in the leadership and growth of the business.

The individual could be based anywhere in the UK and will of course need to be mobile.

Please note the salary on offer will be a lower base than the headline figure above but with a generous uncapped revenue related bonus/equity scheme. Please only apply if you are happy to take a lower base.

Please also check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

• An experienced management consultant with a track record including employment with a recognised consulting firm
• Experience including designing strategies, target operating models, transformation and change, productivity, company turnaround and growth.
• Proven ability to sell consulting work
• Experience cross sector: not a specialist
