About our Client
A global leader in their field, our client is the consulting division of a highly successful professional services firm. Over the past fourteen years they have established themselves as specialists in delivering transformation programmes with deep expertise in Asset Management. This unique positioning is complemented by the firm’s broader offering in engineering, design and project management. With a strong forward pipeline of client work, particularly in the Utilities and Transportation sectors, they are now recruiting experienced business transformation consultants at Manager and Senior Manager level.
About the Role
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to, and lead, high-impact business-focused projects. Working within the Business Transformation team, you will be aligned to the Asset Management service line and work with clients to deliver business transformation programmes that might include propositions such as Operational Efficiency, Totex Optimisation, and Risk Mitigation. At Manager and Senior Manager level you will also be expected to contribute to developing new business, managing client relationships and internal practice development.
The firm has a very open, people-focused culture and the opportunities for professional development and career progression are excellent. Whilst the role will involve working on client sites, and therefore may require you to spend time away from home during the week, the firm is able to accommodate some candidates seeking flexible or part-time working arrangements.
About You
Prior experience within an established consulting firm, combined with some specific expertise in Capital Projects and Infrastructure or Asset Management, is a must for success in this role. You may currently be delivering similar consultancy solutions within a more generalist firm and like the idea of a firm that prioritises your area of specialism. Or perhaps you are currently with a smaller firm and looking to contribute to larger-scale client projects. Ideally your experience will include working with clients to deliver transformation programmes in the utilities or transportation sector.

- Recent experience in an established, well-regarded consulting firm. Your experience should encompass project delivery, leadership, and contribution to business development.
- Specific content knowledge in the area of Asset Management.
- Education to degree level.
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home as required.
