Are you an experienced change management consultant with 5+ years’ experience in an established management consultancy, delivering successful business consulting projects, building great relationships with clients and demonstrating strong career progression? Are you now looking to make more of an impact with a step up and step forward in your career to a Senior Manager role?

Our client is a successful, well established management consultancy that specialises in undertaking transformation and change projects with genuine social impact. They work with social enterprises, public sector organisations and healthcare providers, helping them to transform and grow their businesses, making a real difference to people’s lives in the UK.

They are currently experiencing significant growth and therefore seeking an experienced consultant to join their team: this is a key role with the opportunity to really contribute to the future of the firm. As well as leading teams to deliver complex projects for clients, you will be keen to shape and drive further growth by establishing senior client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

• Experience of leading and delivering complex business consulting projects recently gained within an established management consulting firm.
• A genuine interest in driving social change
• A strong academic background with a degree from a top UK university or equivalent
• Mobile within the UK, with the flexibility to spend time away from home on project sites as well as some time working in the London office
