Based in Staines, Prism is a very well established, successful, award winning and friendly niche recruiter focussed on the management consultancy and executive recruitment markets. It works with a small range of impressive clients typically handling posts in the £50,000- £150,000 range on both a contingency and retained search basis. We invest in candidate sourcing and quality IT, marketing and support functions and have an excellent reputation as a professional, high integrity business.
Further growth and market opportunities have created an opportunity for an experienced recruiter or recruitment researcher to play a key role in supporting the business and the Managing Director though all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle: depending on your background or interest you could either be focussed on supporting the senior recruiters’ candidate sourcing and assignment activities or play a broader role also including handling clients and owning jobs.
This role is part time c15-20 hours per week with exact days/timing to be mutually agreed and is a permanent appointment.
