An exceptional opportunity for a highly-experienced management consultant seeking to gain international experience; join a UK-based consultancy and undertake a secondment to the US, with visas and full relocation package provided.
My client is an established, award-winning boutique consulting firm specialising in people-centred change and transformation. With ambitious growth targets and a strong forward pipeline of work in the UK and the US, they are now seeking a Principal Consultant to join the team. The successful candidate will be required to relocate to the US for the first 18-24 months of employment and lead a new programme of work for a blue-chip client.
As a Principal Consultant you will be passionate about delivering sustainable results for clients through effective people-led change programmes. Working as part of a highly collaborative, enthusiastic team the role will involve leading the delivery of client projects, owning and managing client relationships, and developing new business.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience within a top-tier consulting firm leading major projects, managing teams and owning client relationships. Ideally this will include some experience within the Retail sector or another B2C environment.
- Expertise in at least one of the following:
- Business Transformation
- Operational Excellence
- Strategy Execution
PLUS either,
- Operating model and organisation design or
- Leadership and culture change
Current right to work in the UK, with the flexibility to relocate to the US (full support for relocation, including spouse/family, will be provided) temporarily and then return to the UK.
