Operations Consulting Director

Experienced management consultant sought for key operational excellence Consulting Director role.

Our client is one of the UK’s major success and growth stories: a diverse outsourcing and services business spanning the private and public sectors.

It has an integrated and well established management consultancy practice focussed on ensuring their clients truly transform their organisations and realise significant business benefits. They deliver some of the most complex transformation programmes in the UK, often including large scale ICT solutions.

The large Operations Practice works closely with other practices and client directors to ensure delivery of an integrated proposition to clients and takes the lead in ensuring that exceptional business outcomes are delivered utilising robust and capable process transformation and operational excellence solutions , ensuring delivery of real business benefit.

As a result of growth they are seeking a proven management consultant with operational excellence, process improvement and business transformation skills to play a key role in the leadership of this practice.

This role has involvement in the growth and development of the practice, but is primarily a hands on, client facing role with the requirement to sell and deliver the largest and most complex consulting projects.

• Recent experience in a senior capacity in a recognised consultancy firm/practice.
• Hybrid sales and delivery experience.
• Strong programme delivery capability as a consultant in one or more of operational excellence, process re-engineering, cost reduction, operational performance improvement.
• Current sector depth in the public sector or more than one of financial services, utilities, telco, retail.
• Degree qualified.
• Mobile to work with client across the UK
