Management Consultant-Sales

This young management consultancy was founded by an Olympic Gold medallist and an experienced management development consultant with a track record of building and leading consultancy firms. They are high growth and have an exceptional client base of both Blue Chip names and high growth entrepreneurial SMEs. The message is simple and positive: we can build you a top performing team.

For the next phase of their growth they seek an enthusiastic sales consultant to join the small team. Reporting to the founders, you will play a key role in the business, contributing towards the strategy and improving the business’s processes, client support and marketing. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle including researching and approaching target clients, picking up the regular flow of incoming enquiries, managing and developing existing and new accounts, at all times working closely with and supported by the leadership. Your rapid career track as a key employee could take you into a senior business development role or a management consultancy post.

They are seeking an incredibly positive and enthusiastic professional, with professional services sales, management consultancy or related experience. You might be bored in a large company or have started a successful career in a smaller organisation but finding things a bit mundane.

However in addition to your successful career to date you will have had some outstanding achievement that demonstrates you have excelled in a high performing team and can represent this company’s unique proposition (Olympic Gold medal NOT essential!).

• Some involvement in consultative selling to the corporate market at a senior level
• Background in professional services or related sectors.
• Strong academic background
• Interested and active in sport
• An “outstanding non academic, non career achievement”: we leave it to you to decide whether you qualify. It doesn’t have to be sports but is probably team based.
