Our client is a well respected IT services firm with UK and Europe revenues of c£100m. A recent reorganisation has created an opportunity for a talented and ambitious leader to take the reins at an autonomous, successful subsidiary providing network services and IT solutions.
The role will have overall responsibility for a £15m+ business with a remit to continue profitable growth. This will be achieved through harnessing and developing the strong management team, improving the operational aspects of the business and ensuring business development opportunities are maximised across the business. This will include optimising internal synergies and communications, expanding the company brand and further developing long term relationships at CxO level with clients and partners.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:
- Recent experience of successfully managing and growing a £10m+ professional services business or consulting within IT services or networks, as a business unit leader or Managing Director.
- Strong operations/delivery experience with a good understanding of both the commercial and “numbers” aspects of business management
- Experience with clients in one or more of the financial services, utilities or secure government sectors
- Track record of career job/employer stability and career growth
