With an impressive heritage of thought leadership and excellence in business change, BI/analytics and digital transformation they work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals. The business is small enough that everyone has the opportunity to make a mark and it is free of the bureaucracy and sclerosis of larger firms but large enough to compete for the most impressive enterprise transformation projects.

Two new roles have been created, fantastic opportunities to carve out and define roles at the forefront of the Digital Landscape. The first in the area of the Digital Employee and the Corporate Digital Environment. Pulling together existing staff, capability and practices this role will involve leadership of Social, Internal Knowledge, Collaboration and Mobility services. This is a business facing senior role requiring the ability to influence at clients’ Board level and explain leading edge concepts in business language. It is a truly hybrid role encompassing practice leadership, proposition and business development, sales and revenue growth and hands on delivery and leadership of assignments.

The second role is establishing and leading an Internet of Things practice: while this will draw on leading edge technology capability it is more of a start up and therefore the client facing delivery, sales and business development skills will be to the fore. Business facing transformation skills remain paramount.

While much of the client base is South East based this cannot be guaranteed so full mobility is required.
