Digital Marketing Manager

Unique opportunity for part time Digital Marketing expert with Dynamics CRM in small start-up healthcare technology business. Equity potential.

Our client is a small, innovative and exciting technology business that has demonstrated its capability to transform patient experiences and outcomes in the NHS while at the same time achieving significant Primary Care productivity improvements. Working closely with Microsoft and the NHS their platform is established with several Clinical Commissioning Groups and Trusts and there is a major opportunity for further roll out of the service. Hence this new Digital Marketing role which involves defining and delivering new digital and mobile services that enable and sustain engagement with large patient groups and their carers. Examples include patients living with chronic conditions and complex care situations.

The opportunity for personal and career development is immense and there is potential for an equity share in the business.

As it’s a new role in an early stage company it’s initially part time, and the hours and work requirements are flexible and likely to be paid on a day-rate basis. However, client demand is expected to increase rapidly. The work will be home based with the potential for occasional travel to meet other members of the team and clients.

It might suit a parent returning to the work place or someone wishing to build a portfolio of commitments and able to be flexible depending on workloads.

• Experience in a consumer facing digital marketing role
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM: experience as “expert user”, not a developer or IT person
• Health experience is not essential but must have a genuine interest in the subject and an understanding of the challenge of engaging with consumers and changing behaviours.
