This key Digital Customer Experience role is for an experienced consultant, at Manager or Senior Manager level to provide transformational business and change consulting in Customer Experience incorporating Multichannel and Digital to a cross section of clients. This hybrid role will be firmly client facing and delivery focussed but will also offer the opportunity to contribute across business and proposition development, practice development and sales/client development. The role will be focussed on the UK but will include European travel.

- Strong and broad background in customer experience, CRM and related consulting.
- Multichannel experience with a sound understanding of all matters Digital
- An experienced management consultant with recent experience gained in a consultancy or agency environment
- Degree qualified
- Wholly mobile
