Exceptional Consulting Programme Director and leadership role, with great work/life balance, reporting to COO of mid-sized, high growth IT business.

This newly created Consulting Programme Director role within a vibrant, high growth, friendly IT services company offers exceptional experience, exciting client work, fast track career opportunity and good work life balance to an exceptional, ambitious, high potential SI Programme manager.

Our client was founded in 2008 and has grown rapidly to become a 200+ person international systems integration and IT consulting group working with an impressive client list. Amongst their USP’s are dedication to successful delivery and a culture which is down to earth, friendly and highly entrepreneurial: much of their growth has resulted from offering responsibility and commercial opportunities to their staff to seize. Another key attribute is encouraging a sane work life balance in the business.

Their planned and ambitious expansion is moving into a new phase and as a result there is a key opening for a high potential, fast track IT services or Consulting Programme Director with exceptional programme management and Project delivery skills to lead substantial £multimillion client SI engagements and to play a lead role with a key newly acquired client. While focussed on delivery excellence account growth will also be important.

The seniority of the role is reflected in the direct line reporting to the COO. Career prospects are exceptional in this growing business. Most clients are in the London area but occasional overnight trips will, be required.

  • Experience at Manager level or above in a leading brand name SI firm or consulting firm
  • Hands on experience of project and programme management of system integration projects of £multi-million across the whole lifecycle
  • Clear evidence of ambition, career growth and success
  • Strong academic background including a good degree
