A rare and outstanding opportunity for an exceptional consulting professional to join a major retail bank in a management position within their internal consulting team. This role will take responsibility for delivery of high value change initiatives and banking operations transformation.
Key accountabilities will include leading cross-functional teams on projects and programmes, shaping the solution and driving delivery, plus managing key stakeholders in the bank.
Some examples of transformation programmes are: design and implementation of retail and corporate customer operating models; credit risk transformation; regulatory transformation; Finance and Risk Systems Transformation; customer proposition development and customer experience transformation, corporate banking product design and implementation.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:
- Candidates will have a background with a large management consulting firm – Big 4 or equivalent.
- Must have experience running business change projects in retail banking.
- Good experience and understanding of the regulatory environment in UK banks.
- Will be operating at senior consultant or manager level.
- Must be an experienced people manager and led/coached/motivated/managed teams on projects.
- Degree educated.
