Our client is a well established, highly regarded, award winning and successful management consultancy firm which works with its clients in the Public and Private sectors to develop strategy, to implement change, and to deliver programmes. The business is part of the UK Government Consultancy One framework agreement. They are a thriving business with a clear plan for continued growth and a likely capital realisation in the coming years.
As a result of this ambition and because of the considerable inbound volume of sales leads in Health there is a requirement for a new Partner to develop their capability and offering in the UK Health Sector. The role will involve development of contacts, capability and relevant propositions; identifying and responding to bid opportunities and leading and delivering first rate consulting assignments for clients.
This is a true equity partnership position after an initial period and the package will be made up of a “draw” and profit share.
Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:
• Significant track record of consultancy experience within the UK Public Health sector
• Experience of UK Public Sector ITTs and putting together successful bids. Will have held revenue targets and be able to demonstrate experience in selling consultancy work
• Experience at Senior Manager or Director level in a recognised UK management consultancy employer
• Mobile to work with clients across the UK and within London commuting distance
