The role:
This newly created Human Capital Consulting role will offer the potential to put your own stamp and really make a mark:
- Work closely with senior leadership to align workforce strategies with business and talent priorities, offering independent insights and hands-on support.
- Advise on organisational design, talent deployment, future capabilities, change management, and workforce trends.
- Support teams in improving performance, embracing change, and streamlining ways of working.
- Lead global projects across workforce planning, skills development, contingent labour, and digital transformation.
- Promote a high-performance, inclusive culture rooted in strong values, while encouraging adaptability.
- Analyse workforce shifts to refine, challenge, or evolve existing strategies as business needs change.
- Reporting to Global Head of HR
You:
You are considering a move “client side”:
- An HR management consultant, with recent experience in a management consulting firm at Manager or Senior Manager level
- Considerable experience in Human Capital and HR consulting, with related org design, workforce planning and high impact change
- Sector experience may include asset/investment management, financial services or related fast moving environments including e.g. fintech
- Able to both impress and thrive in a demanding, ambiguous newly created role

Salary and package:
£90,000- £120,000 plus bonus plus benefits
Location and mobility:
Candidates should live within the London area and be willing to be based in our client’s Central London office at least 3 days per week.
