Exceptional Senior Manager role in high growth 120 person IT management consultancy firm

Our client is a highly successful major European CIO advisory and IT management consultancy firm with a successful and growing mid-sized UK practice. It offers significant international scale to compete with the largest global consultancies but with a UK bureaucracy-free business where everyone matters and everyone can make a contribution. They have an impressive client base across sectors with a strength in Financial Services. Core services include: cloud and IT Infrastructure transformation, cybersecurity & digital trust, digital & emerging technologies, IT strategy, IT & data architecture, IT operating model design.

They have continued and significant UK growth ambitions and as a result seek an experienced IT management consultant to join as Senior Manager. This is a key stepping stone for fast track promotion to Director and Partner positions. As such this hybrid role combines leadership, sales and business development and leading assignment delivery.

Key responsibilities will therefore include sales, business development, account management assignment delivery, project management, people and team development, subject matter and proposition development.

Salary and package:

A competitive base salary in the range £95,000 to c£115,000, plus performance related bonus plus comprehensive benefits package

Location and mobility:

Applicants should be willing to commute to the London office. While many clients are in the South East you should be prepared to be away 3 nights per week in the event assignments are further afield.

• Recent experience as a permanent consulting employee, at a comparable level, in an IT management consultancy firm/practice.
• Deep experience in one or more of: cloud and IT Infrastructure transformation, cybersecurity & digital trust, digital & emerging technologies, IT strategy, IT & data architecture, IT operating model design.
• Experienced in sales and business development as well as leading assignment delivery.
• Degree.
