Unique and exciting new Digital Change Manager role in dynamic and leading edge heritage business.
Our client is a dynamic and go-ahead charity that looks after six landmark and iconic locations including a World Heritage site. Operated on firmly commercial lines its profits are ploughed into research and the upkeep of these amazing historic buildings.
They have commenced a major, far reaching digital transformation programme encompassing all aspects of this complex organisation and now seek to fill the key post of Senior Digital Change Manager to play a pivotal role in the success of this initiative.
The key responsibilities of the role include providing strategic leadership by creating and managing the delivery of the change plans for the digital programme and providing cross stream project management and PMO oversight. The role reports to the overall Programme Director.
The role is a fixed two year contract and is based in the glorious Hampton Court Palace.

- A track record of delivering complex change projects in a digital environment (technical expertise not required)
- Programme management, Project Office and project methodology experience
- Training and coaching design and delivery experience
