Fast track career progression for experienced management consultant: real Partnership potential in this high growth dynamic firm.
In little over 10 years our client has grown to 120 management consultants and continues with undimmed ambition. Indeed, it is one of the UK’s fastest growing smaller firms.
Their focus is on delivering beyond expectations for clients who are struggling to keep up with, and respond to, today’s pace of technological change to deliver what their customers now expect.
They deliver traditional strategy, transformation, and organisational change programmes, but innovation underpins it all, making their advice anything but traditional.
Operating in the UK and internationally it provides solutions and advice from strategy and roadmaps to operations and change with a stellar cross sector client base. They forge strong and enduring client relationships and much of their growth is from repeat business.
This is a management consulting role working across a range of varied clients.
The firm’s consultants are strategic problem solvers. Applicants should have the capability and willingness to embrace work across sectors and across projects over the whole consultancy lifecycle.
By way of example, one project might be strategy or designing a target operating model while the next might be implementing organisational change.
Key to their success is a fun, collaborative, meritocratic and entrepreneurial culture where everyone is encouraged to develop themselves and the business and most employees have shares in the firm.
There are no limits on career progression for management consultants: one employee joined as a consultant and six years later became a Partner. Their quarterly promotion cycle enables them to promote when people are ready for it, not wait a year because they’ve just missed out!
You will be ready (and excited) to hit the ground running, make a real impact and help shape their thinking from day one.
