This is a management consulting role working across a range of varied clients.
The firm’s consultants are strategic problem solvers. Applicants should have the capability and willingness to embrace work across sectors and across projects over the whole consultancy lifecycle.
By way of example, one project might be strategy or designing a target operating model while the next might be implementing organisational change.

There are no limits on career progression for management consultants: one employee joined as a consultant and six years later became a Partner. Their quarterly promotion cycle enables them to promote when people are ready for it, not wait a year because they’ve just missed out!
- Wholly mobile
- A strong academic background including good degree
- Currently at Consultant/Senior Consultant level or equivalent in a major management consulting firm or recognised smaller consulting boutique.
- Breadth of experience ideally across several sectors and a variety of management consulting projects
Location and mobility:
[post Covid] candidates need to be happy to be based in the Central London office and fully mobile in the UK and Internationally as required
Salary and package:
£45,000 to £60,000 plus bonus plus benefits including share options
