The role:
This is a management consulting role working across a range of clients, across sector and across service lines.
The firm’s consultants are strategic problem solvers. Applicants should have the capability and willingness to embrace work across sectors and across projects over the whole consultancy lifecycle.
By way of example, one project might be brand or innovation strategy, another designing a target operating model while the next might be implementing organisational change or improving business performance.

You:
- A strong academic background including a good degree
- Established in your consulting career and currently an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant in a major management consulting firm or recognised smaller consulting boutique.
- Breadth of experience ideally across several sectors and a variety of management consulting projects AND keen to remain broad and flexible
Location and mobility:
Candidates need to be happy to be based in the Central London office and to be mobile in the UK and Internationally as required
Salary and package:
£50,000 to c£60,000 plus equity/shares plus merit based bonus.
