Fast track career progression for experienced management consultants: Partnership potential in this high growth dynamic firm.
Please note this role is on hold: however our client have asked us to pipeline new applicants in expectation of renewing hiring in January 2024.
In 13 years our client has grown to over 500 management consultants in the UK and internationally and was awarded the accolade by Consulting Magazine as one of the ‘Fastest Growing Firms of 2022’. Growth continues in 2023 with undimmed ambition.
Their focus is on delivering beyond expectations for clients who are struggling to keep up with, and respond to, today’s pace of technological change to deliver what their customers now expect.
They deliver traditional strategy, transformation, and organisational change programmes, but innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset underpins it all, making their advice anything but traditional.
It provides solutions and advice from strategy and roadmaps to operations and change with a stellar cross sector client base. They forge strong and enduring client relationships and much of their growth is from repeat business.
This is a management consulting role working across a range of clients, across sector and across service lines.
The firm’s consultants are strategic problem solvers. Applicants should have the capability and willingness to embrace work across sectors and across projects over the whole consultancy lifecycle.
By way of example, one project might be brand or innovation strategy, another designing a target operating model while the next might be implementing organisational change or improving business performance.
Key to their success is a fun, collaborative, meritocratic and entrepreneurial culture where everyone is encouraged to develop themselves and the business and almost all employees have shares in the firm.
It is genuinely meritocratic and their passionate claim is there are no limits on career progression for management consultants. Employees might join as a consultant and in as little as six years become a Partner.
Their quarterly promotion cycle enables them to promote when people are ready for it: not ask them to wait a year like most firms
You will be ready (and excited) to hit the ground running, by the varied sectors and projects and to make a real impact and help shape their thinking from day one.
