Continued growth has led to this new opening being created, reporting to the COO and working closely with the CEO and the founder Chairman.

The function of the role is to provide strategic insight with a focus on future strategy and business development, identifying and implementing strategic growth initiatives and delivering on key corporate objectives through a wide variety of special projects and assignments This will involve working across the global organisation.

This exceptionally high-profile role will also work with the operational business leaders across the firm.

This role is seen as a springboard for accelerated career development.

Salary and package

£130,000 – £150,000 base plus discretionary bonus potential plus benefits

Location and mobility

London based with occasional international travel.

  • Experience as a strategy consultant gained in either a major consultancy firm, a highly regarded boutique strategy firm or an in-house strategy/corporate development role
  • Strong academic profile
  • Sustained fast track career progression to date
  • An innovative, problem solver and team player with excellent empathy and warm communication skills able to engage with all levels of the business
