They are continuing to expand rapidly and are seeking talented Transformation consultants at Programme Manager and Programme Director level to work on major leading edge change initiatives with their cross sector client base.
You will welcome the prospect of working in a culture which is non-hierarchical, has a great support infrastructure and an emphasis on knowledge management & sharing.
The roles will be home based with clients across England.
Please check that you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:
- An extensive (minimum 15 years) and proven track record of the successful leadership and delivery of major, substantial business and IT transformation and change programmes.
- Have recent experience in a major brand consulting firm.
- Recent sector experience in two or more of Financial Services (Retail Banking or Insurance), Retail, Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications and/or Manufacturing.
- Wholly mobile albeit our client tries hard to ensure work/life balance!
