Key senior CRM Digital Consultant roles in business consulting practice of high growth global IT Services and outsourcing player

Its consultancy business is a thriving and integrated part of the service proposition and plays a key role in enabling them to provide genuinely innovative and transformational capability to their prestigious client base.
These key openings are for an experienced CRM Consultant, currently at Manager or Senior Manager level to provide transformational business and change consulting as a CRM Digital Consultant incorporating Multichannel and Digital to a cross section of clients. These hybrid and senior roles will be firmly client facing and delivery focused but will also offer the opportunity to contribute across business and proposition development, practice development and sales/client development. The role will be focused on the UK but will include European travel.

- Strong and broad background in customer experience, CRM and related consulting solutions
- Multichannel experience with a sound understanding of all matters digital
- An experienced management consultant with recent experience gained in a consultancy or agency environment
- Degree qualified
