Retained Executive Search and Selection

Prism Executive Recruitment was one of the pioneers in the development of this hybrid retained service, which combines the benefits of a specific targeted recruitment search with those of a well-planned broader candidate sourcing campaign across multiple channels offering a far reaching and comprehensive review of the active and passive candidate market.

A powerful recruitment approach

The attraction of the executive search and selection approach is that we can identify and agree with the client a small number of specific target companies or individuals (i.e. direct competition), as well as attracting a wider pool of candidates for job vacancies using sources such as online subscription databases, online advertising, Prism’s unrivalled and extensive database, LinkedIn, recommendations and referrals etc.

This service includes everything you would expect from a retained recruitment approach, such as:

Prism Executive Recruitment is able to access its candidate database and extensive network   on a ‘no placement no fee’ basis. Whilst many clients retain us to handle assignments with a comprehensive and dedicated candidate sourcing and recruitment process, we recognise that many companies prefer a different charging structure.
