The approach we take is unique; we focus on ensuring we have networks of select, high-quality candidates rather than seeking out quantity. This means that we carefully select the right consultants for the right consulting roles. We never send candidates unless we think they are suited for a position, and we don’t recommend vacancies to candidates unless we consider it to be a smart move for them.
