Key senior management consultant role in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences

Their consulting practice is core to their offering to their exceptional client base, with the consulting leadership team comprising typically ex Big 4 Partners, VPs and equivalent.

Their Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector is well established and thriving with exceptional world class clients.

The Management Consulting Director Pharmaceutical Life Sciences opening is a key senior expertise role focussing on Manufacturing or Quality.

You will be responsible for driving the full consulting and solution delivery lifecycle. From thought leadership and shaping end state vision, through defining target operating models and business architectures to programme execution and transformation working across the client from CxO level down.

Your remit will encompass adoption of leading-edge business processes and best practices, working with senior stakeholders to integrate these with innovative and technology driven digital transformation.

You will be a trusted senior advisor nurturing revenue producing relationships in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences arena, assisting in business development and winning work as well as being a hands-on consultant managing and delivering advisory and transformation projects.

Salary and package

A base salary in the range £90,000 to £130,000 depending upon level, plus a bonus and other benefits.

Location and mobility

A Central London base: full mobility as required

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

• Recent and significant tenure of experience as a management consultant at Senior Manager or Director level in an established consultancy.
• Demonstrable capability across business consulting and integration with leading edge digitally enabled technologies and enterprise solutions
• Extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical Life Sciences sector
• Deep Manufacturing or Quality experience (Experience in Quality by Design QbD and Process Analytical Technology PAT would be attractive)
• Graduate
