Chris Sale is a very experienced recruitment consultant operating in executive recruitment and management consultancy recruitment. He has a wealth of expertise in recruiting a broad range of candidates in a variety of sectors. Since 1997 when he and two fellow directors set up Prism Executive Recruitment, he has concentrated on placing management consultants in consultancy firms and in senior roles in corporates.
He describes his career as “finding great people for great employers and helping talented candidates find their perfect job.”
As such he is well placed to advise clients on the best recruitment method to implement their talent acquisition strategy. Furthermore he has the expertise to offer greater flexibility and creativity that many less experienced recruitment agencies would struggle with.
His approach to candidates is underlined by his own philosophy that recruitment advice should be based on integrity, professionalism and honesty. Communication with both clients and candidates is central to this. Candidates are fully briefed on roles prior to interview and always kept updated on the progress of their application. This is rare in an era when acknowledgement of an application is unusual!
He has written on a wide variety of subjects including (but not limited to) CVs, interview preparation, LinkedIn profiles, attracting and retaining talent. Chris also provides advice on how to use your recruitment consultant more effectively, both as a client and a candidate.
Prism Executive Recruitment is an Associate Member of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA). Chris has been a speaker at some of their events and contributor to their Thought Leadership debates.
